Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather necessary information.
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
Prepare and present estimates to management and clients.
Conduct site visits to understand the scope and challenges of projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, construction methodologies, and materials costs.
Review and update cost databases and estimation tools.
Ensure estimates align with company objectives and client requirements.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial estimator in the construction industry.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
