The area of responsibility for this position includes the five boroughs of NY, Northern NJ, and Southern Connecticut. The Regional Manager is the primary liaison between their route team and Regional Director. The Regional Manager organizes and oversees the daily Route Operations of their respective region through effective planning and execution.
The hiring range for this role is based on experience and includes bonus eligibility.

One of North America’s leading providers of interactive video, redemption, amusement gaming and vending equipment, it specializes in solution servicing and design for a wide range of customers in the theatrical exhibition vertical as well as community-based entertainment destinations such as bowling centers, restaurants, arcades, shopping centers and water parks.
Job Duties:
Leadership and management of employees, equipment, and locations by strategic coordination, planning and execution of tasks.
Maximize profitability and ensure budget goals are met.
Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within their respective region to maintain a steady growth portfolio.
Management of procedures including collection schedules, collection procedure enforcement, game and location analysis, productivity reports, timesheet assurance and analysis, plush and prize inventory control, expense controls, return on investment on all equipment, delivery and installation schedules and truck maintenance.
Acts as a source of support to other departments through their thorough knowledge of operational procedures.
Active role in the recruitment process and termination of employees with the support of Human Resources.
Requirements:
High School or equivalent, some college preferred.
Five years of experience from a related industry, ideally in the Entertainment/Amusement or hospitality sector.
Five years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role, leading and developing high quality teams.
Solid experience managing a route or similar background
Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership abilities.
Detail and customer service oriented.
Strong communication skills, both orally and written.
High degree of business insight and financial acumen.
Solid computer skills and experience.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple activities.
