Job Abstract

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Help customers by providing detailed product and service information from the showroom. Assist customers and provide support to field representatives as needed.
\t
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for customers and update them on project start dates and product inventory status.
\t
• Customer Records Management: Document and update customer records based on interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
\t
• Customer Support: Answer calls from customers, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to address their concerns.
\t
• Internal Communication: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, etc.) to resolve any issues related to orders, such as measurement requirements.
\t
• Administrative Duties: Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the showroom.
