As a Business Analyst Sr. within PNC's International Trade Service Group, your location will be primarily based in Cleveland, Ohio or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at a PNC location. Responsibilities may require time in the office. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
In this role, you will be a Business Analyst, working with MIS developers, business systems analysts, product and operations. Your primary responsibilities will be project work and production support. Project responsibilities include: analysis, participation on design, impact analysis, testing, training and implementation. Production support responsibilities will be identification and resolution of issues impacting customers, operations and product. The application supported will be MCA/Flexcube which is a DDA posting application for international customers.
Qualifications:
• Ability to analyze information to determine actions, impacts and outcomes
• Degree in a related field and or equivalent exp working within software production.
• 2 years of related experience testing and validation of software systems.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills.
Desired but not required:
• Knowledge of MCA/Flexcube is a plus.
• Experience with a DDA posting application is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kanban and Jira are a plus.
