Job Abstract

We are looking for a Sr. Database Analyst for a 3 month Contract covering an LOA for a company in Fountain Valley, CA. The Analyst will assist and support all field administration functions of the assigned departments in order to provide satisfying internal customer service. Work closely within the departments to support necessary operational and administrative needs. The role will sit onsite and will pay up to $37/hr DOE.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting, data collection, inventory analysis, and coordination of key initiatives between HQ and the Field
• Update Monthly results for all Field locations
• Update KPl's, action plans, results and reward programs
• Update monthly requirements such as training, safety and maintenance programs
• Support/Assist leadership's requests & questions
• Assist in creating reports and analysis for HQ and assist coordinating field events
• Archiving Reports, Filing Contracts, Certificate of Insurance, PRs, etc.
• Project Management for the Field Teams using Smartsheet and other methods of overall tracking, progression reporting, and accountability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of database analysis experience is required
• 2-4 years of operations experience is preferred
• 1-2 years of automotive industry experience is preferred
• Data mining/SQL/Python/machine Learning, VBA, Power BI and other interactive data analysis and visualization tools/Languages are required
