We have 3 current openings for Customer Service Specialist/Representatives

Competitive pay starting at $21-$23 per hour

Onsite, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance

Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience, striving to exceed their expectations

Provide accurate information about our products/ services, helping customers make informed decisions

Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues to their satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism

Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with customers

Empathetic and patient demeanor, enabling you to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
