What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for a Trainer and Instructional Systems Design Specialist to support DIA’s Machine-assisted Analytical Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.
More About the Role:
As the selected candidate, you will provide formal and informal training via in-person (deskside and classroom) and distance methods (DVTC, IC Connect, Adobe Connect) in addition to designing and maintaining associated course material as a member of CACI’s team supporting the MARS Program Management Office (PMO).
You will be required to review, improve, and enhance additions to existing MARS course material in collaboration with government stakeholders.
Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including geographic Component Commands (CCMDs), Service Intel Centers, and other IC/DoD government locations will be required periodically.
Specific ISD activities will include:
Design and implement Level 1 (reaction/attitudes) and Level 2 (learning outcomes) assessments to determine the quality of training conducted.
Design and implement Level 3 (application/transfer) assessments to determine incorporation of skills into job performance.
Identify performance gaps to create course content.
Research and implement instructional strategies for adult learning.
Lastly, you will analyze and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders all community/user feedback with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
3-5 years conducting training.
Working knowledge of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process.
Current Top-Secret clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) and successful completion of a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. (CACI will nominate for CI polygraph any TS/SCI eligible candidate with a signed CACI offer letter, so TS/SCI eligible candidates without a polygraph are encouraged to apply.)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience as a DoD or University instructor providing instruction and training.
Working understanding of DIA and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) and/or Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB).
Experience with the intelligence analysis process with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
