We are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing & Communications to join our Jacksonville team.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Coordinator, Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication plans that promote our brand, products, and services. This role creates, designs, produces, and manages marketing and communications deliverables to meet the goals and objectives of the Marketing Department and Commercial Organization. As a critical leader in strategic marketing and communications, the Sr. Coordinator delivers strategic communication plans, has sole responsibility for Company social media, SharePoint, and Websites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide graphic design expertise and services to support Sy-Klone sales, marketing/advertising and training efforts.
Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy.
Leads product marketing content development, deployment plans, builds and maintains editorial calendars, brand standards, and written guidelines.
Serves as Webmaster and owner for external and internal company owned websites.
Maintain Sy-Klone online visual asset hub and social media accounts.
Measures and improves content performance through tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SharePoint and social media tools.
Develops new sales and marketing concepts, prepares art for production, and facilitates printing projects.
Stays current with industry trends and the Voice of the Customer and provides recommendations to the organization based on this insight.
Works closely with senior leaders and other departments to create effective communications that articulate our product properly and consistently.
Administers best practices for content creation through frequent testing of content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization.
Maintains brand standards and guidelines and ensures all marketing and communication materials are consistent with these guidelines.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related discipline.
5+ years of graphic design and content marketing experience.
Web management experience, SharePoint Administrator experience, and Back-end web architecture experience required. Working knowledge of CSS and web programming software preferred. Familiarity with printing processes preferred.
