Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Responsibilities:
- Review loan documentation submitted by processing for initial underwriting decision and conditional approvals
- Evaluate credit history, income, assets and current liabilities for ability to repay using AUS findings and investor guidelines
- Maintain data integrity by performing data validations and updating the system of record
- May sign off on underwriting conditions within authority
- Update and re-run quality control tools, as needed
- Complete required worksheets (examples: income workbook, CTC checklist, etc)
- Review and respond to quality control and investor suspense items related to Credit for loan sales
- Other duties as assigned
