About the Role
In this role you will develop a strategic plan to build brand equity and grow our social following by identifying and partnering with on-brand, high performing influencers and regularly engaging with our social community. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our influencer content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring we are consistently creating and executing influencer content that increases our brand awareness, engagement and ultimately drives purchase intent. You will be responsible for building and managing our social community, providing engaging content and responding to comments and queries within our brand tone of voice.
What You'll Do
Partner with our influencer agency to identify and select on-brand influencers who will help to drive credibility across style, creativity, and originality.
Create an influencer playbook and program that ensures consistent elevated and aspirational representation of our brand.
Partner with central media team to track and analyze campaign results.
Establish engagement protocol for social comments.
Create a strategy around comments and content.
Contribute and help drive the annual brand planning process.
Set influencer planning calendar, coordinates cross functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through influencers and community management
Who You Are
Experience as an influencer marketing manager
Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Possess a strong understanding of trends and an ability to quickly respond to customers shopping trends.
Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
Ability to work in and drive a dynamic and fast paced team, and pivot as needed.
Ability to manage and allocate budgets is a key requirement.
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.
