• Use a food thermometer to take food temperatures and document appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of utensils and equipment.

• Be courteous and professional to patients.
• Operate a cash register.
• Follow a recipe.
• Properly taste food before serving.
• Work at a fast pace most of the time.
• Visualize if a cooked product is acceptable to eat, before serving.
• Bake pies, cakes, and cookies which look appealing to managers & customers.
• Follow instructions before you try to lead.
• Record temperatures of food and refrigerated equipment.
• Speak clearly and precisely to your team members when instructions or orders are given.
• Work on other jobs and kitchen duties in slow peak times.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

• Manages time wisely and seeks assignments when duties are completed.

• ServSafe & Kitchen Sanitation Training is helpful but will train
