Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a Quantitative-related field required
Work Experiences:
4+ years of experience in analytics (preferably retail, though not required)
3+ years of experience using SQL. Must be able to work with large datasets to gather and analyze data. Competence in SQL is a MUST for this role
2+ years of experience with test and learn methodology preferred
2+ years of experience delivering results to business partners and translating data analysis into narratives and insights

Responsibilities:
Work with manager to develop customer KPIs, analytics, and dashboards/reports.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting from internal and external data sources to monitor company (stores + online) performance as well as identify areas of opportunities.
Effectively communicate with various levels of the business from front-line personnel up through executive leadership.
Provide actionable insights into business performance through data gathering and manipulation, data modeling, problem solving, and communication of recommendations.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights.
Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using a wide range of data analytic tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to address priority strategic questions facing their businesses and to assist in the development of strategic solutions.
Recommends optimal business strategies based on historical performance, predictive analytics, and scenario analysis.
Closely follow industry trends and competitors to contribute to forward-looking strategies.
Learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
