Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Technology, prioritize and perform a wide variety of computer related assignments with focus on the Aeries Student Information System (SIS), iReady, state reporting (CALPADS/California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System), Responsible for coordination of critical processes for both throughout the year to ensure accurate data for district funding and and (LCFF/Local Control Funding Formula). For state reporting (CALPADS) maintain data year round for mandatory submissions that encompass reporting student, staff, and curriculum data. The EAD technician works with Business Services and Educational/Student Services to support daily operations of the SIS including development testing, support, maintenance, and upgrades as well as specific beginning and end of year processes.
Research, analyze, and coordinate “on-demand” data for the district as well as provide to outside third parties. Provide first level software support for San Bruno Park School District (SBPSD) users. Working through the district Director of Technology or designee, this staff member will support data requests and serve as liaison with all levels of staff, district personnel, and community representatives. Responsible for providing data and completing regularly scheduled reports to state and federal agencies, as well as to other foundations or agencies that fund district programs. Support the preparation of data reports and charts for district leadership presentations. This position requires minimal supervision and must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
