Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour (Experience-based)
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (Flexibility required for overtime and occasional weekends)
Responsibilities:
Manage setup and operation of manual machining equipment for various tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling.
Interpret complex engineering drawings to determine production specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Maintain detailed records of production and quality metrics.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machining equipment.
Continuously assess and improve manual machining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure that finished products meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Proficiency in interpreting mechanical documents and engineering blueprints.
Experience with basic mill setups and familiarity with Fanuc controls are preferred.
Strong understanding of geometric symbols, tolerances, and blueprint interpretation.
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
