What you will do:
As the strategic marketing lead for your region, you will be shaping Kinetic's presence in our local communities. Your role involves finding key opportunities to showcase Kinetic, fostering meaningful partnerships within the communities we serve, and leading the launch of targeted marketing efforts through social content and targeting, lead generation and guerilla advertising. You will be working closely with local sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that Kinetic's brand resonates authentically in your region. You will enable seamless communication between our regional teams and our central marketing team, ensuring that resources are leveraged to drive sustained growth and engagement.
Deliver Localized Strategic Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with the local community, increase brand awareness and customer acquisitions.
Engage in the Communities and Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and influencers to extend our reach and amplify our message. Organize and participate in local events and promotions, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs and interests of each community, especially those in rural areas.
Collaborate across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, field operations, and state and government affairs, to ensure there is a seamless alignment between local marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.
Drive a Hyper-Local Marketing Approach: Identify key local events and marketing channels that support a hyper-local approach, focusing on infrastructure, demographics, and competition to select the most impactful events. Lead regional annual planning and manage the regional marketing budget, reviewing and validating plans with Sales Leaders and the Regional President.
Engage and Communicate: Enhance social media presence for the region, ensuring platforms are engaging and responsive to local communications. Attend Regional President's Staff Meetings and participate in calls to share regional plans, offer feedback, and gain insights into upcoming activities.
Event Execution and Accountability: Ensure clear accountability in the coordination and execution of events and activities, driving social media growth and ensuring maximum exposure for the Kinetic brand through strategic chamber memberships and events.
Do you have:
Experience in creatively developing and executing successful local marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of our local communities and the ability to tailor marketing strategies to resonate with local values and interests. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
