Why We Need Your Talents:
In this role, you will be responsible for directing all gaming functions for your assigned casino game. This may include shuffling and dealing cards, distributing chips, playing hands, determining winners, and reporting any irresponsible or suspicious gaming behavior.
A successful table games dealer has a friendly and professional demeanor, exceptional mathematical skills, and a flexible schedule. An experienced dealer conducts each game with speed and precision.
This is a full-time position.
Compensation: $5.00/hr - $5.50/hr
Earning potential: hourly + gitca tip rate of mid $50,000 for full-time hours.

Use chips, cards, and a paddle.
Complete, perform and understand basic mathematical functions.
Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
Knowledge of:
Specified games and gaming regulations.
Money and chips designations
Theft techniques.
Company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
At least one (1) year of experience as a casino dealer OR certification from an accredited dealer school.
Experience dealing at least two (2) of the following games: Black Jack, Craps or Roulette and working knowledge of novelty games.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
Standing 75%.
Walking 10%.
Bending 15% (from waist).
Ability to make repetitive hand motions.
Use of stairs and elevators
