JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION
Develops, produces and updates a variety of reporting for all Revenue Cycle areas as needed on a daily, monthly and annual basis. Responsible for analyzing data as the reporting is being prepared looking for aberrant trends. When trends are identified, further analysis should be self-initiated looking for root causes, bringing trends to managements attention.
Also assists in various Revenue Cycle automation projects. Works on documenting current state and monitors the live environment for automated processes, such as BOTs. Works on automation projects as assigned.

JOB FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:
1. Develops, produces, analyzes, and updates a variety of reports for all Revenue Cycle Teams.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Compiles, researches, and analyzes data and prepares recurring and ad-hoc reports.
- As reporting is prepared, aberrant trends should be identified and further analysis self-initiated to uncover root causes of data variances. Problem and root cause analysis should be presented and reviewed with leadership.
- Possesses a clear comprehension and demonstrated capability to design and layout reports.
- Determines most appropriate software program for processing.
- Edits/ creates general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
- Prepares draft agendas and records minutes for meetings as requested with 100% accuracy.
- Consistently proofs work for completeness and accuracy.
2. Documents and helps in the development and testing of new Revenue Cycle BOTs.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Records and documents processes that are identified for automation.
- Identifies potential improvements for processes prior to them being automated by IS.
- Works with IS Robotics team and leadership to develop the processes and procedures that will be used by the BOTs in the automation.
- Works with IS Robotics team to test robotics processes as they are developed.
- QAs all bot processes before they are put into production.
- Answers questions and research issues as needed during the development and rollout process.
- Works with operational teams to ensure that all rollouts are well communicated and understood by the process owners.
3. Helps to coordinate rollout of new processes and technologies to all Revenue Cycle Teams.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Serves as project manager on implementation of certain new technology and process rollouts for the Revenue Cycle Team as directed by leadership.
- Develops SOPs for new processes and tools prior to rollout of any changes to the departments.
- Answers questions and research issues as needed during the development and rollout process.
- Works with operational teams to ensure that all rollouts are well communicated and understood by the process owners.
4. Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 years + experience within Revenue Cycle in various capacities to demonstrate working knowledge of each functional revenue cycle area. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other products in the Office Suite. Experience with process mapping.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor or Masters degree a plus.
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with process mapping.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Products.
Advanced ability to analyze large amounts of data.
