Job Abstract

Instruct an undergraduate level Biomechanics course for students in the Exercise Science Program for the Fall Semester 2024, meeting for 6 hours per week from August 26th- December 13th. Three hours per week of lecture, 3 hours of lab. The lecture meets from 11:15 A. M. to 12:10 P. M. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Grading the assessment material and posting grades into our on-line course management system in a timely manner. The Laboratory portion of the class meets on Tuesdays from 12:45 P. M. - 3:45 P. M. The instructor will be responsible forDeveloping appropriate laboratory exercises to meet the needs of an undergraduate understanding in Biomechanics. Developing assessment exercises for the lab activities. Grading the assessment material and posting grades into our on-line course management system in a timely manner. Requirements A graduate degree in Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or a related field. Demonstrated experience within the field of Biomechanics. Experience teaching Biomechanics at an undergraduate level is a plus. Additional Materials and Procedure. Letter summarizing your interest in and qualifications for the position.
