Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred
Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
