A Brief Overview Supports and leads efforts that strengthen the performance of Regional One Health leaders and associates to consistently achieve desired patient outcomes, increase employee engagement and advance organizational priorities and strategies. Provides expertise in outcomes measurement, and change management to drive effective standardization and alignment of learning strategies and processes system-wide
What you will do
Leads and influences workstreams related to organizational effectiveness and serves as a talent steward through initiatives and project work to support succession planning, performance management, talent assessment, talent development / coaching, individual development planning and enhancing management capabilities.
Designs, implements, and leads effective training programs and leadership development initiatives on large and small scale using a variety of delivery methods. (instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.)
Partners with a variety of internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement appropriate organization and talent solutions to develop employees, create an engaged learning culture, and build organizational strength.
Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Builds strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to advance Regional One in the healthcare marketplace.
Serves as an internal consultant and will identify, prioritize, build and lead enterprise-wide capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
Understands and demonstrates abilities in: business concepts and strategic alignment, strong communication and presentation skills, meeting facilitation, conflict management, relationship building, business acumen, change receptivity, critical thinking, service orientation, project management, prioritization, and decision-making.
Facilitates, guides, advises and coaches leaders on strategic topics related to OD, employee engagement, leadership development.
Acts as a liaison between enterprise senior leadership and the OD/HR team to lead development efforts at every level. Strong project management skills as well as proven ability to have difficult conversations both up and down the organizational structure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Required and
Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field strongly Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP HRCI Upon Hire Preferred or
SHRM-SCP Upon Hire Preferred
Minimum 5 years experience Training and development Required
