About the Role
As a Strategy Lead, you will support our VP of Strategy & Transformation and senior leadership in defining the future of Stitch Fix by working on high-impact projects, key opportunities and helping chart a course for our growth objectives. This position will be involved in all aspects of the Strategy & Transformation team, and play a key role in driving critical corporate planning activities such as owning the execution of quarterly Board of Directors materials, Executive Leadership Team strategy work, and other Executive-facing work. This role will work closely with our CEO, executive leadership team and other cross functional partners across marketing, algorithms, engineering, operations, merchandising and finance.

- Serve as right hand to VP Strategy & Transformation, providing both strategic and operational support on a broad range of functional and strategic work.
- Deploy your exceptional organizational and project management skills to support high-priority and confidential work streams.
- Have visibility into business-critical projects, corporate strategic planning, the content and operations of our Transformation Office, and the core components of our most important recurring executive & Board communications.
- Strategic planning: Partner closely on the strategic planning process across the organization, ensuring leaders are briefed on all strategic business activities. Partner with the strategy and cross-functional teams to support our most important growth initiatives, from defining the long-term strategic vision to the operating mechanisms through which we execute it.
- Executive support: Be a trusted sounding board for - and a thought partner to - key leaders as they unlock the full potential of their functions in support of the business. Own agenda for and facilitate various meetings. Track action items and drive to completion.
- Special project strategy + execution: Communicate strategic recommendations and use influence to gain support from leadership and drive alignment within the organization. Develop project work plans and roadmaps with cross-functional partners to support the execution and implementation of strategic recommendations.
- Be a part of Stitch Fix history as we disrupt the retail landscape.

We’re excited about you because…
- You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in corporate strategy or management consulting. Retail or consumer strategy experience is a plus but not required.
- You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts, and managing the deliverables of, multiple stakeholders across an organization.
- You are proficient in Google Slides and have proven experience creating high-level, informative presentations for audiences such as executive leadership and boards of directors.
- You have strong financial acumen and strength in basic model-building and financial analyses.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
- You have the ability to build trusting relationships across a range of functional areas, to coach without bias, and to connect the dots between disparate workstreams and teams.
- You have truly exceptional attention to detail and provide a structured approach to your ways of working, with the ability to both report to and project manage the executive suite.
- You are a focused, organized, and results-driven individual with the discipline and confidence to drive a diverse set of cross-functional partners towards a set of defined goals and challenge the status quo to improve our business.
- You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, are highly flexible and able to thrive with ambiguity.

Compensation and Benefits
Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$155,000—$167,500 USD
