Position: Warehouse / Inventory Associate
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday  |  8:30AM – 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing goods, loading and unloading deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack goods to ensure they match the pick ticket and customer guidelines.
  

• Load and unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.
  

• Store goods in the appropriate section of the warehouse as directed.
  

• Operate a forklift truck to load, unload, put away, replenish, pick, and pack goods.
  

• Accurately process various transactions using warehouse management systems.
  

• Operate other warehousing equipment as necessary.
  

• Monitor product quality and report any problems to the Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.
  

• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  

• Maintain a clean working environment.
  

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Basic math skills.
  

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  

• Experience in the operation of warehousing equipment preferred.
  

• Ability to learn to operate a forklift truck.
  

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  

• Related work experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.
