The Detention Tech coordinates, supervises, and controls, and documents all movement, activity, and services of the adolescent in detention. The Detention Worker also maintains the safety and security of the environment while on duty, and effectively communicates with the next shift regarding the status of all detainees. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description.
