Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned administrator, performs varied and technical assignments involving a broad and detailed knowledge of District and school policies, goals, and functions. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
Equivalent to graduation from high school.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
Previous clerical experience.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INTERNAL CANDIDATES.
Typing Certificate Requirements:
1. Five (5) minute typing test.
2. Certificate must contain all of the following:
Name of person tested
Gross words per minute
Net words per minute
Duration of test ( 5 minutes)
Number of actual errors (not percentage)
Name of testing agency
Date of test
Verifier's signature
Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted.
Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School.
