Required Education and ExperienceEducation: Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
Experience: Four years of automated business systems experience that includes two years of systems processing experience entering, updating, or monitoring data and resolving related issues using human resources information, payroll, and/or retirement systems (e.g. LACOE's Human Resources System (HRS)).
Additional Requirements: College coursework in accounting, business or personnel administration is desirable. Experience in a public school or county office as well as acting in a lead capacity is desirable. A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites may be required.
Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
Selection ProcessCandidates who meet the minimum requirements above will be invited to participate in an examination that may consist of a Performance Exam and a Structured Interview.
