Staffing and Talent Acquisition Liaison
Key Role:
Use strong communication skills and expertise in recruiting and staffing strategy to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and improve recruiting, hiring, sourcing, and demand planning practices during large-scale change. Work with talent teams, hiring managers, and leadership to forecast and plan for future talent needs to stay ahead of the game. Operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing the staffing and workforce for large scale programs
Experience in working with hiring managers to identify current and upcoming talent needs
Experience with determining staffing strategy and next steps for staffing hard-to-fill roles
Experience with conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, identifying process gaps, designing new processes, or making recommendations for improvement
Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing strategy, or workforce demand planning
Experience with supporting cross-functional, dispersed organizations
Experience with entering and maintaining data in low code, no code platforms or HRIS systems
Knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and engineering recruiting
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in change management, strategic planning, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformation
Experience working with cybersecurity, Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering teams
Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
