JOB SUMMARY
This Postsecondary Programming Coordinator 1 plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the District's College Access programming. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication, maintaining records, and providing assistance to team members and stakeholders. The Coordinator 1 contributes to the overall effectiveness of these programs by ensuring smooth coordination and execution of related activities.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with team members to plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
Assist with all activities of the senior leadership team and the (department), including planning, coordinating, facilitating, and managing follow-ups from meetings.
Supports project management and progress monitoring activities, implementing district and procedures for project management and progress monitoring.
Regularly engages customers, clients, and end users, including through frequent school visits, to gather personal feedback on the impact of activities and needs.
Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
