Job Abstract

Currently seeking an Enrollment and Intake Therapist! This position is located in Richmond, VA and will be part of an organization expanding into the area! In this role, as one of the first points of contact for potential participants enrolled in this organizations program, the Enrollment & Intake Therapist introduces individuals to life changing- services, guiding them through the enrollment process. This Therapist is responsible for identifying participants needs, diagnosing, and setting treatment goals.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in counseling, social work, behavioral health, or related field
Independent clinical license
3-5 years of experience working with a vulnerable population
Ability to pass security clearance
Drivers license
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Experience with conflict resolution
Flexibility
Experiencing using DSM-5 and assessments to form a diagnosis and set goals and objectives for treatment
Commitment to professionalism
Collaborative attitude
