Job Description
Manage an electronic library containing current and historical documentation for fund and country-specific global market account openings and maintenance. This includes all necessary legal documentation such as formation documents, subscription materials, and offering documents.
Collaborate with authorized signatories across multiple offices and administrative teams to obtain executed documentation, additional legalization, and oversee final processing and shipping for market submissions.
Maintain and update a spreadsheet tracking all market requests for funds, indicating their status (to be done, in progress, pending market approval, on-hold, completed, etc.).
Communicate updates regarding new market openings and significant changes in existing funds to the Product Tax team, facilitating coordination with local tax agents as needed.
Ensure consistent documentation standards across various markets and custodians are adhered to.
Handle the processing of invoices for document legalization services, including verification, submission for payment, and resolution of any issues with internal fund accounting teams and external vendors.
