Ultimate Staffing is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable/Customer Support Representative to support a client in the Memorial City area of Houston.

Salary Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 hourly DOE

Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm In office

Job Overview:?The Accounts Receivable Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing satisfactory client support with regard to billing inquiries and concerns.? The AR Customer Support Rep is a customer service "problem solver" who assists with the resolution of client inquiries and disputes in order to facilitate payment.?

?Job duties include:?

• communicate effectively, promptly and professionally with internal and external clients of the department
• answer incoming calls
• respond to client emails
• process credit card payments by phone
• document all correspondence in Great Plains database
• perform complex reconciliations and analyses of accounts
• solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables

Skills required:

• Strong Administrative Skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Very Good Customer Service
