About the Team:

Responsibilities:
Implement the Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Virtual Assist report & analytic module.
Consolidate and assess the requirements. Design the interfaces between backend and frontend, also the interfaces with dependency modules/services.
Write test automation script.
Troubleshoot the customer tickets.
Build complex metrics solutions with data visualization support for relevant insights.
Promote cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product stability.
What we're looking for:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer information system, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
Must have 3 years of experience in: Core Java; SpringBoot framework or similar Microservice architecture; Elasticsearch, DynamoDB or similar NoSQL database experience; Redis or similar cache solution; Test automation framework such as mockito; and Kibana or similar log system experience.
Telecommuting work permitted: position may work throughout various unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Minimum:
$160,000.00
Maximum:
$175,000.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
