Job Description:
EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required.
BSN Highly Preferred.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
RN-Registered Nurse of California Required
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support-ACLS Required
CNOR Preferred
EXPERIENCE
5 years seasoned clinical experience in an inpatient acute setting Required.
5 years experience progressive nursing leadership as charge nurse or lead role in a clinical heath care setting Required.
5 years experience with survey protocols on department and organizational level (Joint Commission, State, etc) Preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Familiarity with AORN recommended practices, CMS and Title 22 guidelines for Operating Rooms.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and creativity in problem solving.
Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
Demonstrates dedication to quality service.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

Pay Range is $87.50 to $115.48 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
