We're looking for a Senior Learning Designer to join our team in the automotive industry, where you'll take the lead in crafting learning solutions that address the evolving landscape of vehicle purchasing. Your role will be pivotal in designing innovative learning experiences that not only equip our teams with the skills they need to navigate these changes but also anticipate and adapt to future trends in automotive retail.
Qualifications
· Leads creative sessions for proposal pitches and project kick-offs.
· Inspires the creative team to generate multiple concepts for a project.
· Develops programs that meet the established business objectives.
· Provides quality control over projects and deliverables, including proofing, reviewing, and evaluating success of final products.
· Works with the account and project managers to execute programs on time and within budget.
· Learns new skills and strategies and how to apply those to future projects.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from initial concept through implementation.
· Operates with a sense of urgency and purpose.
· Strong team player who builds trust, maintains, and demonstrates respect, and leads through inspiration in the innovative and creative work.
· Consults with clients to maintain up-to-date understanding of their business needs, goals, and objectives.
· Leads initial interactions with business stakeholders, assesses the situation, and aligns on the performance solution approach.
· Develops and presents proposed learning strategies.
· Liaises with SMEs, Content team, and ISDs to drive accurate content.
· Supports a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organizational levels.
· Manages art direction, design, copywriting and production of projects.
· 20+% travel to client site.
