IT Finance Analyst
Summary:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged and values the opportunity to make a difference. The IT Finance Analyst will report into the IT Finance Team, supporting the office of the CIO. The IT Finance Analyst will be responsible to help manage the IT Expenses, Purchase Orders, and Good Receipts. The IT Finance Analyst should have a financial analysis or accounting background, be extremely organized, and can follow through on commitments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Requisitions via SAP and follow the requisition through the approval process to purchase order generation
- Process Goods Receipts once the goods or services have been received
- Manage Telecom Expenses, review run rates and perform variance analysis
- Reforecast and rephase the expenses on a monthly basis
- Collaborate cross functionally with senior level stakeholders
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance
- Prepare reports and projections on a monthly basis
- Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation
- Track current financial data and alert stakeholders if any variances arise
- Ensure all financial tasks and processes are complaint with Corporate Finance policies
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years relevant work experience
- SAP knowledge preferred, but not required
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$61,800-$97,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
