*This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday). The employee in this position will work onsite at Love's corpoate office in Oklahoma City.

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate service requests between locations, vendors, and general contractors. Directly communicate with store locations, vendors, and general contractors on the status of warranty service requests. Maintain location information in the service call database and set up local vendors for service for locations. It will also be required to obtain asset information as needed to make sure those items are set up for service requests.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication with internal and external contacts to ensure facilitation of service requests
• Follow guidelines set forth for follow up and day to day tasks
• Maintain updated information in construction service software solution
• Maintain asset information for equipment in construction service software solution
• Assist in discrepancies between general contractors, project managers, and facility maintenance managers for costs arising from unwarrantied items.
• Works with general contractors and suppliers to address issues on service warranties, architectural plans and equipment specs under the direction of management team members.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some College preferred
• Experience:
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Experience in an administrative role within the construction industry is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in MS Excel

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
