Promptly and courteously answers phones and provides clerical and administrative services as needed.
Collaborates with security personnel on a continuous basis to provide a hospitable, welcoming and safe environment.
Performs temperature screenings on all individuals entering Capital Health facilities as needed.
Presents a professional image at all times.
Maintains a moderate noise level.
Maintains a neat and orderly front desk for a positive first impression.
Adheres to wearing appropriate attire and maintenance.
