For the current vacancy in the Building Permits Department, the employee dispatches computer related workorders through the helpdesk ticket system for computer equipment such as desk IP phones, iPhones, laptops, Surface Pro’s and other computer related devices. Creates, collects, inventories, and files receipts for computer devices disbursed to department employees. Responds to general information requests applicable to the assigned work; provides information, resolution, or directs to the appropriate technician through the Helpdesk ticket system.
Minimum Qualifications For Admission to Examination
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalency certificate or completion of vocational/business school (if academic courses were included); plus one (1) year of clerical work experience.
