Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in education, counseling, psychology, human resources, or related
3-5 years of experience career coaching or providing workforce development for vulnerable populations.
CPR / Adult First Aid certification (preferred)
Certified Professional Career Coach and/or Offenders Workforce Development Specialist (preferred)
What Youll Do:
Conduct 1:1 and group sessions, maintaining frequent and supportive communication.
Deliver high-quality education and employment curriculum.
Document participant interactions, progress, and challenges in electronic record system
Collaborate closely with participant care team including case managers and therapists.

Salary of $55-65k per year
