Job Overview
This role works closely with the sales leadership team in managing operations initiatives and contributing to the improvement of business processes (forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, CRM administration/training, project management, reporting and analytics).
Essential Functions
• Lead sales cadence -- forecast calls, roadmap preparation, pipeline management, and revenue tracking for the Information Management and Channel & Specialty sales teams
• Prepare material for the sales leadership team’s forecast cadence
• Manage quarter close by facilitating daily called/closed won opportunity reconciliation, creating and submitting Billing Notification Forms (BNF), following up on required paperwork, assisting in resolving rejected BNFs and working closely with Finance to recognize all possible revenue for the quarter
• Define and create analytics and productivity metrics for sales leadership and their teams, to assist in managing and driving their business
• Drive and track contract renewals by assisting Account Executive in the creation of complex renewal opportunities in CRM, coordinate internal requirements, i.e. Pricing Assistant and Projects, for timely revenue recognition
• Provide IQVIA CRM subject matter expertise, support and training to the Sales team and Client Service Managers
• Provide program and project management to coordinate, document and implement new and/or enhanced operational processes and systems
• Coordinate operational activities/projects with other functions including service, finance, business lines and sales as appropriate
• Manage Operations Analyst to support the Information business line and Sales Team
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• Working knowledge of IQVIA Products and systems a plus
• Excellent software application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel skills required (Formulas, Pivot Tables)
• Experience in supporting executive level management
• Experience in analytics with focus on Sales, Segmentation, Customer Profiling and Analytics.
• Experience with analytical & visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.) Extensive experience with manipulating different datasets & statistical modeling
• Experience working to support a diverse and international sales audience and the metrics needed to run the business and drive a regular pipeline cadence. Working in high tech or SaaS businesses is a huge plus.
• Methodological hands-on mastery of relevant analytical approaches and models, including segmentation, clustering methods, demand forecasting, pricing analytics, market trend analytics, etc.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,800.00 - $190,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
