Nakupuna Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). This position will utilize their expertise in IT systems and applications to support Industry Engagement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with Salesforce and be able to customize Salesforce applications based on customer need. The goal of the role is to monitor the work and the ATO process and customize the application. Salesforce provides the framework and then they leave it open ended for implementers to customize to meet the specific needs (interface, process flow, security, etc).
Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Salesforce applications.
Prioritize shepherding and facilitating ATO approval, working with the IE team and relevant A&S stakeholders to help ensure success.
Conduct and finalize remaining Salesforce user testing with IE users.
Integrate user testing feedback into backlog and then subsequently execute backlog actions.
Develop and finalize documentation to support processes, procedures, and Salesforce functionality.
Conduct user training sessions supported by aforementioned documentation.
Execute priority enhancements to Salesforce (e.g., changes or additions to IE processes, as well as user interface)
Migrate contact and past engagement data from excel spreadsheets to Salesforce.
Provide Salesforce maintenance and troubleshooting support as needed to the IE team.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
Organizational and planning skills, excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, problem analysis, attention to detail and accuracy, solid judgment and decision-making ability, takes initiative and is adaptable and customer oriented.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce applications, including customizing applications.
Demonstrated experience working with government organizations.
Security +, A+, Net+, MCSA, or other IT certifications Preferred.
Education and Experience:
5 or more years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Clearance: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use stairs without assistance.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
