JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Commercial Driver to join our growing team.
American Building Supply (ABS), A subsidiary of Jeld-Wen, one of the West's largest suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork is currently seeking Professional Drivers to do route deliveries. ABS maintains a fleet of dependable trucks that are serviced regularly.
Our company understands that it is only through our valued employees that we can be successful. We are constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic people who want to be part of a great team. In addition, our drivers work Monday through Friday and are home every night.
Hourly pay: $31.56-$34.88
General Description of Duties:
- Make multiple route Provide Customer Service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Deliver all material undamaged and on time
- Communicate customer service issues with operations and sales
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of one year of Class A driving experience
- Clean DMV Report
- Current CDL license preferred
- Good communication skills
- Good paperwork accuracy
- Good attendance history
- Knowledge of millwork products a plus
Other important qualifications:
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
