Job Abstract

Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our community. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our offices and facilities in top condition.

• Walk and inspect community grounds.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Flexibility to work during non-business hours if needed
