ADP is searching for a Director of Marketing Measurement and Insights to support business unit marketing analytics. This player-coach position will be responsible for the leadership of analytics managers, developing & executing against analytics product roadmaps, and enhancing marketings ability to measure through the creation of trusted standardized tracking, datasources, reports, and analytics. Successful candidates will have a good understanding of B2B marketing analytics. This includes experience with email analytics, in-product marketing analytics, campaign analytics, event analytics, ABM analytics, and multi touch attribution (MTA) modeling. He/she must be able to coach, motivate, and train team members in order to drive a high-performance analytics team.
Responsibilities
Establish a best-in-class analytics practice that enables marketing to understand performance, optimize tactics, and plan future investments
Become a trusted analytics business partner to marketing stakeholders
Lead and mentor a team of high-performance analytics managers
Drive multi-touch attribution (MTA) adoption and ensure marketing leaders are gaining valuable insights through the development or enhancement of model logic, end user reporting, and training.
Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop analytics product roadmaps that prioritize the most critical insights
Execute against analytics product roadmaps while supporting adhoc analytics requests as they arise
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of intuitive dashboards
Partner with marketing technology team in order to create new or enhance datasets and tracking
Develop and enhance standardized analytical processes
Become an analytics player when needed by performing analysis & providing actionable recommendations to various stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations
