Locums PA/NP Needed for Exciting Opportunity!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? We're searching for a dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outstanding team in Lancaster, CA!

This temporary 3-6 month assignment offers a chance to provide primary care outpatient services, handle cold/flu surges, and offer limited telehealth support. With the potential for extension, this role is ideal for someone eager to make a positive difference in a supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Daily Responsibilities: Primary Care in Family Medicine, managing common conditions such as Colds, Flu, Diabetes, Hypertension, and routine primary care services.
• Location: Lancaster, CA
• Shift: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rotating coverage includes every other weekend with days off during the week. (No Call)
• Patient Load: Anticipated patient load of 3-4 patients per hour, averaging 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift.
• EMR: EPIC
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Clinic
