Responsibilities for Assembly jobs include but are not limited to:
- Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance.
- Goodattention to detailand organizational skills.

- Contributes to a positive, healthy and safe work environment. Work in compliance with Microboard, OSHA and SDS safety policies.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the AOI machine.
- Demonstrate the ability to load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
- Proficiency with and working knowledge of MicroboardMIS (Aegis) software is required.
- Component Identification training is required.
- IPC 610 Certification required.

Education and/or Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folder
