Job Summary
Petaluma City Schools' Community Adult Transition program supports adult students 18-22 years old with Moderate/Severe disabilities living and working in the Petaluma area. Job duties include worksite job coaching, modeling transit and pedestrian safety around town, and classroom-based functional living skills lessons (meal prep, money management, health, social skills), and other duties as assigned.
