An excellent opportunity has just been presented in the greater Houston area for the Nurse Manager OR! The experienced Operating Room Nurse Leader will join the team as the Nurse Manager, overseeing the OR Team on the mid-shift (12pm-8pm).

The Operating Room Nurse Manager Mid-Shift will be responsible for the oversight of 20+ operating suites, and all operating room staff to include nurses, techs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and ancillary staff. The Nurse Manager OR will report directly to and work closely with the Director of Surgical Services and the Chief Nursing Officer, working to improve patient care outcomes and facilitate smooth operation of the department. This role will be responsible for maintaining oversight of the departmental budgetary operations. The Mid-Shift Operating Room RN Manager must provide their strong clinical leadership capabilities to empower their staff in providing high quality patient care. The OR Nurse Leader will have the wonderful opportunity to provide hands-on leadership throughout their department.
