Join IBM's U.S. Transfer Pricing and Valuation Practice. This is a challenging and fast paced position that requires a candidate to understand valuation principles, CAPM/WACC methodologies, financial reports and prepare financial and economic analyses of inter-company transactions involving cross border flows of goods, services and intangible property. The ideal candidate should have basis and familiarity with valuation principles and be able to construct transfer pricing and valuation-based models.
As a Transfer Pricing Professional, your responsibilities will include:
Lead transfer pricing projects to successful completion, developing valuation analysis models including understanding of Build-up method, CAPM, knowledge of DCF modeling and other valuation techniques;
Create financial models to determine intercompany prices, royalty rates, and other cross-border charges;
Perform economic and financial analyses to support business decisions.
Assist in preparing audit analyses, supporting audit-ready files, and drafting memorandums/reports as needed;
Work with and understand complex accounting data residing in multiple systems such as planning, accounting, and internal measurement systems (e.g., analyze and understand Hyperion, OneSource and/or similar accounting ledger data);
Take a leadership role in intercompany matters, collaborating with accounting, financial planning, external reporting foreign controllers, business managers, and tax departments.

Extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Transfer Pricing, with a comprehensive understanding of valuations, business models, and financial statements.
Proficient in financial modeling and adept at extracting and interpreting data from various internal systems, including mastery of MS Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, Alteryx, and/or Power queries.
Demonstrate ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and focus on detail.
