- Position Summary
- One temporary hourly-intermittent bridge student assistant position in Communication Studies.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after July 1, 2024, and ending on or before June 30, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
  - Coordinate community engagement activities for KCSS Radio Station including live music for Warrior Wednesday and other campus events.
  - Provide public relations and promotional support for the KCSS student management team.
  - Attend regular KCSS staff meetings. Develop and maintain KCSS Website and Social Media channels.
  Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
  - Demonstrates the willingness to commit to employment through June 30, 2024.
  - Demonstrates working knowledge of the operation of a college radio station, some management and non-commercial radio experience.
  - Demonstrates completion of one semester of COMM 3112.
  - Demonstrates effective organizational and communication skills.
  - Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  - Demonstrates prior experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  Required Qualifications:
  - Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
  - Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
