Within a caring community of current tenants, alumni, and committed staff, independence, personal growth, and holistic recovery are facilitated.

The Residential Advisor provides on-site program coverage and partners with residents in their daily activities according to their individual needs and goals.

Partner with residents to teach independent living skills such as cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, and personal hygiene.
Supervise resident medication process.
Provide resident transportation as needed with agency vehicles.
Respond to urgent resident issues/emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Promotes a positive and supportive environment.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required

Training & Experience: Any equivalent combination of client care experience, education and training

Other: Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with St. Luke's policy
